Reilly received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ohio State University. She received her Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, where was a certified legal intern at Capital University Legal Clinic.

Meghan J. Burge Ash

Education

Meghan graduated cum laude from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Environmental Science. Meghan then graduated with distinction from Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont, with a Master’s in Environmental Law and Policy. Meghan then earned her Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude from Capital University Law School in Columbus Ohio, where she served on the Student Bar Association.

Meghan is engaged in the general practice of law, with an interest in: Business Law, which includes, but is not limited to, acquisitions and mergers, contract creation and disputes, oil, gas, and mineral rights, and agribusiness and agricultural law. Meghan is also interested in Personal Injury Law, which includes, but is not limited to, insurance claims, workers compensation, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.

While at Capital, Meghan was the recipient of the Dean’s List award for all six semesters. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for both Environmental Law and Law and Social Science.

Personal Information

Meghan currently resides in Canal Winchester, Ohio with her husband and their dog, Preston (affectionately known as “Pup”). In her spare time, Meghan enjoys cooking, and frequently shares recipes and pictures of her dishes on social media. Meghan also is an avid fan of Xavier Basketball and the Columbus Crew.

Hannah M. Travis

Education

Hannah graduated cum laude from Ohio University, in Athens, Ohio, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Sociology-Criminology and Psychology. She also played golf for the Ohio University Women’s Golf team. Hannah then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School, in Columbus, Ohio, where she was a Teaching Assistant for Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing, and a Student Peer Advisor.

Hannah is engaged in the general practice of law, with an interest in: Domestic Relations and Juvenile Law. Domestic Relations law includes, but is not limited to: divorce; dissolution; child custody; paternity; visitation; child support; and antenuptial agreements.

Professional – Hannah is a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association, as well as the Ohio State Bar Association.

Community – In high school, Hannah participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program here in Lancaster. She has since re-joined the program and currently serves as a Big Sister. Being a Big Sister means that Hannah acts as a mentor for her Little Sister. She picks her up a few times a month and takes her to do different activities around the area, such as hiking, bowling, swimming, going to the movies, and other activities. Hannah is also a member of the Young Professionals of Fairfield County and The Rivet Society.

Hannah is a lifelong resident of Fairfield County, Ohio, and currently resides in Fairfield County, Ohio with her boyfriend. In her spare time, Hannah likes to golf, shop, and spend time with her friends and family.

Jeff J. Spangler earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Management while attending the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in Oxford, Mississippi. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in Columbus, Ohio.

At this time, he and his wife reside with their family in Fairfield County, Ohio.

 

Norman J. Ogilvie, Jr.

A Distinguished Law Career

Mr. Ogilvie has practiced law at Dagger Law for over 50 years, having been hired in 1970, with a focus on family and domestic relations law. Areas of focus for Mr. Ogilvie include:

Mr. Ogilvie has been recognized by his peers as a Best Lawyers of America (2003 to present) and as an Ohio Super Lawyer (2004 to present).

Mr. Ogilvie’s commitment to his community began at an early age when he achieved Eagle Scout status in high school. After college, he served his country in the Vietnam conflict with the United States Army, and was awarded the Bronze Star. After returning to Lancaster, his home town, he continued to serve the Fairfield County community in multiple organizations, including:

Norman J. Ogilvie Jr. was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Northwestern University, in Evanston, IL. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Ogilvie and his wife reside in Lancaster, Ohio, and have three children and ten grandchildren.
