Mr. Flowers graduated from Ohio University, in Athens, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and received his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, in Columbus, Ohio, where he graduated magna cum laude.

A Practice Focused on Civil Litigation
Ms. Cornelius-Blume’s legal practice includes several years of courtroom experience in the following areas:
Prior to entering into private legal practice, Ms. Cornelius-Blume was employed as a staff attorney at Southeastern Ohio Legal Services (SEOLS). While at SEOLS, she assisted clients with all areas of civil litigation, providing a valuable resource for low income residents of Southeast Ohio. Ms. Cornelius-Blume found her passion for litigation and trial work while in law school. She was able to obtain valuable first-hand experience by working as a certified legal intern at the Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio, serving as a law clerk at Gerhardstein and Branch Co. LPA, and being a judicial extern for Justice Sharon Kennedy at the Ohio Supreme Court.

Ms. Cornelius-Blume graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, in Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in History. She obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, in Ohio, where she served as the Senior Article Editor for the Human Rights Quarterly publication.
Ms. Cornelius-Blume resides in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband and their pets: Watson, their dog, and Little Kitty, their cat. She enjoys running, boxing and cooking in her free time.

Mr. Bibler’s law career has spanned over three decades, having started his career at Dagger law back in 1984. His past work highlights have included a number of successful multi-million dollar transactions which were completed on behalf of his clients. Born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio, Mr. Bibler continues to actively support his Fairfield County community through service work. He is currently serving as Secretary of the Lancaster Board of Parks Commissioners, which is a position that he has held for many years.
Throughout his time at Dagger Law he has served on a number of boards of trustees, which include:

Mr. Bibler graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University with a business degree and, in 1981, he received his Juris doctor degree, with honors, from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, though his license is currently inactive.

Mr. Spangler has been engaged in the general practice of law since 2004. With over 15 years as a practicing attorney, Mr. Spangler has worked to establish himself as a trusted and experienced advisor to both local and regional banks as well as other financial institutions. He assists bank clients in key areas, including:
- Protection and enforcement of creditor rights
- Negotiation and implementation of complex commercial transactions
- Secured transaction laws and regulations

Mr. Spangler is licensed to practice in all state courts in Ohio, the Southern District of Ohio (U.S. Federal Court), and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (Southern District).

Mr. Spangler earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Management while attending the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), in Oxford, Mississippi. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in Columbus, Ohio.
He and his wife reside with their family in Fairfield County, Ohio.
A Distinguished Law Career
Mr. Ogilvie has practiced law at Dagger Law for over 50 years, having been hired in 1970, with a focus on family and domestic relations law. Areas of focus for Mr. Ogilvie include:
Mr. Ogilvie has been recognized by his peers as a Best Lawyers of America (2003 to present) and as an Ohio Super Lawyer (2004 to present).

Mr. Ogilvie’s commitment to his community began at an early age when he achieved Eagle Scout status in high school. After college, he served his country in the Vietnam conflict with the United States Army, and was awarded the Bronze Star. After returning to Lancaster, his home town, he continued to serve the Fairfield County community in multiple organizations, including:

- Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, Past-president (received the Floyd Wolfe Community Service Award in 2005)

Mr. Ogilvie and his wife reside in Lancaster, Ohio, and have three children and ten grandchildren.
