Education

Meghan graduated cum laude from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Environmental Science. Meghan then graduated with distinction from Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont, with a Master’s in Environmental Law and Policy. Meghan then earned her Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude from Capital University Law School in Columbus Ohio, where she served on the Student Bar Association.

Practice Areas

Meghan is engaged in the general practice of law, with an interest in: Business Law, which includes, but is not limited to, acquisitions and mergers, contract creation and disputes, oil, gas, and mineral rights, and agribusiness and agricultural law. Meghan is also interested in Personal Injury Law, which includes, but is not limited to, insurance claims, workers compensation, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.

Professional Awards

While at Capital, Meghan was the recipient of the Dean’s List award for all six semesters. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for both Environmental Law and Law and Social Science.

Professional & Community Affiliations

Professional — Meghan is a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association, as well as the Ohio State Bar Association.

Community — Meghan is also a member of the Young Professionals of Fairfield County and The Rivet Society.

Personal Information

Meghan currently resides in Canal Winchester, Ohio with her husband and their dog, Preston (affectionately known as “Pup”). In her spare time, Meghan enjoys cooking, and frequently shares recipes and pictures of her dishes on social media. Meghan also is an avid fan of Xavier Basketball and the Columbus Crew.
