A Trusted Advisor
Jeff J. Spangler has been with Dagger Law since 2004. He became a partner in 2013, serving as the Managing Partner since 2017. He now serves on the firm’s Executive Team as a Co-Managing Partner.
Jeff has established himself as a trusted and experienced advisor for State and National banks and financial institutions. In particular, he assists financial institutions in critical areas, including:
- Protection and enforcement of creditor rights;
- Negotiation, documentation and implementation of complex commercial transactions; and
- General secured transactions laws and regulations.
Mr. Spangler also represents clients with business matters, probate needs and real estate issues. Jeff’s corporate/business clients range in size from start-up entrepreneurships to multi-million dollar entities. His business and corporate practice frequently involves registration/incorporation (limited liability companies, corporations and non-profits), FinCEN compliance, corporate governance and documentation, mergers and acquisitions, and general business and employment guidance.
