Mr. Happeney has successfully represented clients in thoughts of domestic relations matters. His cases range from simple marriage dissolutions to complex divorces involving more than 30 million dollars in assets.

- Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Special in Family law
- The Fairfield County Bar Association (chair of the Domestic Relations Committee for 13 years)

Service to Community
Mr. Happeney was the Solicitor for the Village of Bremen from 1988–1994. He has also served on the boards of directors for:
- The Lighthouse
- The Robert K. Fox Family Y (serving as President for two years)
Mr. Happeney and his wife, Marcy, live in Lancaster and have three adult children. He is a member of the Safari Club International and a life member of the National Rifle Association. An avid outdoorsman, Mr. Happeney has hunted around the world, including Alaska, Canada, Africa and New Zealand.
After receiving a B.A. degree from Miami University, Mr. Happeney graduated from law school at The Ohio State University College of Law in 1985.
