Jeff received his B.B.A. in Management from the University of Mississippi. While earning his Management Degree at Ole Miss, he focused his undergraduate studies in human resource management and strategic business planning. Jeff received his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Jeff has a general practice of law that generally consists of litigation of business, commercial and employment disputes, and advising banks and financial institutions about the protection and enforcement of creditor rights. He has successfully defended lawsuits against employers, banks and business clients, and has obtained jury verdicts and judgments on behalf of his clients ranging from a few thousand dollars to in excess of two million dollars. Jeff is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Fairfield County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in all state courts in Ohio, the Southern District of Ohio (U.S. Federal Court), and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (Southern District). Jeff is the Past-President of the Fairfield County United Way Board of Trustees.
