Jeff

Jeff
received his B.B.A. in Management from the University of
Mississippi. While earning his Management Degree at Ole
Miss, he focused his undergraduate studies in human
resource management and strategic business planning.
Jeff received his law degree from The Ohio State
University Moritz College of Law.
In
law school, Jeff served as an intern for the Ohio
Department of Education, where he acted as an
intermediary between school districts and parents of
children with disabilities. For his work assisting
indigent and unrepresented clients on behalf of the
Legal Clinic at the Moritz College of Law, Jeff was
awarded the West Outstanding Achievement Award. Jeff
also was the recipient of the CALI awards for excellence
in Professional Responsibility, Consumer Law and Civil
Law Practicum, and was the recipient of the Albert A.
Levin Memorial Award for outstanding performance in
Professional Responsibility.
Jeff has a general practice of law that typically
consists of litigation of business, commercial and
employment disputes, and the protection and enforcement
of creditors' rights. Jeff is a member of the American
Bar Association (Litigation Section), the Ohio State Bar
Association, and the Fairfield County Bar Association,
and is licensed to practice in all state courts in Ohio,
the Southern District of Ohio (U.S. Federal Court), the
Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Bankruptcy
Court (Southern District). Jeff currently serves as a
member of the Fairfield County United Way Board of
Trustees. |
