Mitchell R. Carnes, Associate
Originally from Dayton, Mr. Carnes received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a minor in History from Wright State University, magna cum laude. Mr. Carnes received his law degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he was a Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. Additionally, while at Ohio State, Mr. Carnes placed in the top seven in his class in the first year moot court competition.
He is currently serving as the Perry County Bar Association secretary.
Prior to joining Dagger Law, Mr. Carnes worked as a judicial intern for The Honorable Dennis Adkins at the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. Mr. Carnes’ practice includes general litigation, banking and commercial practice, and family law.
In his free time, Mr. Carnes enjoys attending Bengals, Buckeyes, Reds, and Crew games with his wife, Stacy.
