Mr.
Griffith received his B.A. degree in History and English from
Marietta College in 1987. He received his law degree in 1991 from
the University of Toledo, College of Law where he served as a member
of the University of Toledo Law Review.
Mr.
Griffith focuses his legal practice on litigation including, but not
limited to, cases in the areas of personal injury,
construction law, business disputes, employment matters and eminent
domain. Mr.
Griffith has litigated cases to successful conclusions where the
amounts in controversy range from ten thousand to several million
dollars.
Mr.
Griffith is a member of the Fairfield and Ohio State Bar
Associations (Litigation Section). He is also a member of the Ohio
Academy of Trial Lawyers and a member of the Association of Trial
Lawyers of America.
He
has been certified by the National Board of Trial
Advocacy as a Civil Trail Advocate.
Mr.
Griffith is currently on the Board of Directors of the Fairfield
Heritage Association and is a past member of the United Way Review Board and
a past member of the Board of Directors of the Robert K. Fox
Family YMCA.
