BUCKEYE LANDOWNERS GROUP

     Welcome to the Buckeye Landowners Group. This law firm has formed a group for landowners who want to allow an oil and gas lease on their property. Typically, oil and gas companies seek to acquire the rights to larger tracts, 640 acres to 1,000 acres or more. The Landowners Group will allow landowners to work together to negotiate the best oil and gas lease possible with maximized terms for financial benefits and protection of the land. A landowners group will promote the sharing of resources and information among the landowners in the group and give the landowners additional bargaining power in the marketing of their properties and negotiation of a favorable lease.
