A  native and lifelong resident of Lancaster, Mr. Bibler graduated with a business degree, summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University. He continued at Ohio State, receiving his law degree, with honors, in 1981. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. (INACTIVE)

Mr. Bibler practices in the areas of tax, corporate, and general business law, and has handled numerous multi-million dollar transactions. His practice also includes estate planning, probate, real estate, and retirement plan law. Mr. Bibler is a member of the Fairfield County, Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations, and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He has also served on the Boards of Trustees of the American Red Cross, Fairfield Industries, Fairfield County Division of the American Heart Association, and  Lancaster Kiwanis. Mr. Bibler is currently Secretary of the Lancaster Board of Park Commissioners, and serves on the Boards of Trustees of the United Way of Fairfield County and the Fairfield County Foundation.
